We believe that good food begins with great ingredients — and an even greater imagination. It’s that belief that has led us to our newest culinary partnership, with none other than Chef Nancy Silverton.

An internationally renowned chef, author and restaurateur, Nancy has built her legacy on her tenacious pursuit of perfecting well-loved and familiar dishes. With a career spanning decades and garnering accolades including a James Beard Award and multiple Michelin stars, she has long been known for her ability to combine rustic fare with refined, unforgettable dining experiences. From her celebrated work at the Mozza Restaurant Group to her expertise in Italian cuisine, Nancy brings a passion for food that aligns well with The Good Eating Company’s mission: to curate experiences that delight the senses and discover new depths of delicious each day.

Food doesn’t have to be fussy, but it should be delicious. What I’m crafting in partnership with The Good Eating Company is a contemporary take on my personal classics, using Italian ingredients and technique to make food that I know people want to eat. The menu is aimed at allowing food to create moments of connection with people across the US, which is in my opinion, the best part of a meal.
